The list of the most 'followed' celebrities on Instagram in 2015 is out.
Single Ladies' singer Beyonce,
takes the lead with a staggering 42.8 million followers thanks to her
day-to-day pictures and videos she puts out about herself, Jay Z and
daughter Blue Ivy.
Kim Kardashian -
the woman who actually released an entire book about 'selfies', a
phenomenon which inundates her own Instagram account – comes in second
place with 42.3 million followers. She also holds the position for the
most 'liked' Instagram image ever (a photo of her and Kanye West on
their wedding day) until she recently was kicked out by Kendall Jenner.
Taylor Swift
In third place is 25-year-old 'Bad Blood' singer Taylor Swift whose popularity got boosted by her relationship with boyfriend DJ Calvin Harris and bunch of top celebrities.
Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez dating again?
Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez came in fourth and fifth place while Justin Bieber comfortably sits on the sixth place.
In
total, five of the Kardashian and Jenner clan populate the list; in
addition to Kim, there is also Kendall and Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney
bringing up the rear in nineteenth place.
