'They will steal your passport and you won't be able to come back on time', or 'They will kidnap you, as soon as they know you are white, they went to the extent to say I shouldn't even kiss because of diesel in Afica, those were just a few examples of what I've been told.

Nigerian Own Actress Uzo Aduba Won Emmy Award

Uzo Aduba of Orange Is The New Black has won the the outstanding supporting actress award, making it her second Emmy back to back (Last year she won the best guest actress award).

What makes her victory so memorable is the acceptance speech that followed. The speech was delivered, one colored by jubilance, gratefulness, and raw emotion.

Aduba couldn't help but cry as she thanked her fellow cast members and crew, the show's corporate parents at Netflix, her personal team, and her family.
