President Muhammadu Buhari had earlier promised to make public his ministers before the end of September.
Coming to power in May, President Buhari has insisted that he would need time to form his cabinet even as uncertainty remains.
With only a handful of appointments made, critics argue that the Buhari administration is showing a lack of policy direction.
With just four days to the end of the month, there’s still no news as to Buhari’s ministers. President Buhari is In New York this week attending the 70th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media, Mr. Femi Adesina has assured that the President intends to present a list of ministers before the end of the month.
“Time given has not yet elapsed and the president himself said of by September 30, there is no cabinet, you should come and ask him questions. That is it.” Adesina said.
