The criminal case regarding Bobbi
Kristina Brown’s death is finally developing and criminal charges will
be made very soon. According to insiders, Nick Gordon will be charged with Bobbi’s murder any day now after the district attorney in Georgia has allegedly convened a secret grand jury.
Nick Gordon has been facing a wrongful
death lawsuit filed by Bobbi’s court-appointed conservator, Bedelia
Hargrove. The former self-proclaimed husband of Bobbi Kristina assembled
a legal team to deal with the case, but it appears as though the $40
million suit is just one of his problems. The D.A. in Georgia has
reportedly convened a secret grand jury to bring charges against Gordon.
What those official charges will be is still up for debate, but the D.A. is attempting to bring murder charges against Nick Gordon. According to Us, legal experts have been brought in and the everyone working on the case is treading very carefully.
Another source told Radar,
“It’s likely the other people in the house the morning she was found
unresponsive will be called to testify. But it doesn’t appear that Nick
will be called because the D.A. doesn’t want to give away their hand in
preparation of a possible trial.” Those other people will likely include
Max Lomas – a mutual friend of Bobbi and Nick who is a drug-dealer
along with Danyela Bradley.
Danyela was said to be the girl Nick
Gordon was photographed wheeling out of the exact same hospital Bobbi
Kristina Brown was being treated at – the day after she was found
unconscious. In the pictures, Nick is smiling and pushing Bradley to a
car.
These murder charges Nick Gordon will
likely face for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown follow the news that
the Fulton County Medical Examiner has discovered Bobbi’s official cause of death.
In a very telling move, the results of the autopsy were sealed, which
strongly suggest they will be used in the possible murder case.
Nick has been on the defense since Bobbi
Kristina was found face down in her bathtub. Bobbi’s death has been
treated as a criminal investigation from the moment she was
hospitalized. Gordon quickly staged an intervention with Dr. Phil and
headed to rehab. After Nick was banned from seeing Bobbi, he and his
legal team shared public letters requesting access to visit Bobbi.
Of course, he was repeatedly denied and
was not allowed to attend Bobbi’s funeral. After Bobbi’s death, Gordon
was in need of cash and staged a photo op at Bobbi Kristina’s gravesite.
Laying his body across Bobbi’s grave, paparazzi Gordon tipped off paid
him a reported sum of $40,000.
