The
'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star's second pregnancy has been
clouded with health complications and now, diabetes has become one of
them.
In a new promo for the 11th season of her family
reality TV show, the pregnant 34-year-old gets some troubling news from
her doctor during a checkup.
"Once you have preeclampsia, you are at risk for having it again,"
her physician warns of the condition, which is characterized by high
blood pressure (and what Kim suffered from during her pregnancy with
daughter North).
"They saw more fluid than usual in my placenta, which can mean I have diabetes," Kim later tells her mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Kourtney Kardashian.
The reality star has been open about her dislike of being pregnant, calling it "the worst experience of my life," in a post on her website.
"I
don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy
it," she wrote before adding, "[it's] worth it when you have your
precious baby in the end."
