Woman Gave Birth 10mins After Last Year and 10mins Before New Year-Are They Twins?


A woman gave birth to Twins; The first baby came out 11.55 pm 31st December 2012 and the other came out by 00.05am on 1st January 2013, I over heard somebody saying they were not born the same year.The babies are identical.
Please are they still Twins?
Would they celebrate their birthday differently?wha­­ts your opinion please?
