Prominent R&B singers Chris Brown and Frank Ocean were reportedly involved in a brawl over a parking space at a West Hollywood recording studio.
It’s not the sort of thing you hear
about R&B singers, but multiple media reports say Brown allegedly
punched Ocean in the Santa Monica Boulevard, Sunday, Los Angeles County
sheriff’s detectives said.
Officials said deputies received a call
from someone complaining that six men were fighting at the recording
studio in the neighbourhood. Witnesses told them Brown and Ocean were
involved in the fight.
Later that night, Frank Ocean tweeted ‘Got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest was there’. Everest is Ocean’s pet dog.
Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives
say they want to speak with Chris Brown about a fight he reportedly got
into with Frank Ocean over a parking space at a West Hollywood recording
studio.
Brown allegedly punched Ocean in the brawl Sunday night in the 7200 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, officials said.
Chris Brown, according to the LA County
Sheriff’s Department is now under investigation for an alleged assault
in a West Hollywood parking lot.
Brown is on probation for assaulting his
girlfriend Rihanna in Los Angeles the night before the Grammys in
February 2009. He also reportedly got into a fight with singer Drake
last summer at a New York nightclub.
