NSCDC Promotes Quadri

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has approved the promotion of 2014 International Table Tennis Federation Star Player, Quadri Aruna.

Director of Sports, NSCDC, Ayodele Olusegun, said in a statement that Quadri’s performances earned him the promotion. Olusegun said the Commandant General of the Corps, Ade Abolurin, had approved Quadri’s promotion from Chief Corps Assistant to Inspector of Corps.

“I want to say that Quadri has been a good ambassador of the NSCDC and his exploits in table tennis globally have put the country on the world map,” Olusegun said.

“At the NSCDC, we are touched by his determination and dedication to his trade and this has prompted the organisation to approve his special and accelerated promotion.”
