In celebration of his birthday last
Tuesday, August 19, this 2014th year of the Lord, AY (the
multi-talented, ever-so-willing-to help Comedian) gifted New School
Uniforms to 27 Rural Kids, and his act has been rated ‘charitable’
The kids, are pupils of Kidsway to
Success Primary School (KSPS), in Mowe, a community along Lagos-Ibadan
Expressway. AY actually couriered the Uniforms through Uncle Speed, to the happy kids in Mowe.
Uncle Speed’s NGO – Project27 Africa –
had on May 27 this year taken the Kids on a FREE TOUR from Mowe to Cool
FM, to Lekki Conservation Centre, and to see AY in his Lekki home.
“Please, tell AY we are so happy he still remembers us,” said Mrs Seweje, the grateful Proprietress of KSPS.More Details After The Cut.......
“Thank him on our behalf for these School Uniforms. Tell him thank you for hosting
us, the other day in his house. Thank him for permitting his daughter
to give one of our children a Bicycle, and tell him we Rice and
fried-chicken we had for lunch in his house.
“We really don’t have birthday gifts to give him, but we know that God will make this birthday a memorable one for him.”
For AY, the Uniforms are a little way to reach out to people whom his birthday cake can’t get to; for the Kids it’s a back-to-school gift, and for Project27 Africa, it’s happiness delivered.
The Vision of Uncle Speed’s Project27
Africa is a Rural Africa populated with Happy Educated Kids, and the
goal is to have taken 27million Rural Kids on Fun Tours by May 27, 2027.
