The French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubrey has been arrested after a fight with Halle Berry’s current boyfriend Oliver Martinez. According to source, the fight took place yesterday in the Oscar winning actress Hollywood Hills home.
He is 37-year-old and has been booked for investigation and may be
charged for battery and misdemeanor. He’s said to have been released on
$20,000 (N3.14M) and he’s scheduled to appear in court on thursday,

13, 2012.
Berry and Aubrey have been involved in a custody dispute involving their
4-year-old daughter. The 46-year-old stunning actress has been dating
French actor Olivier Martinez ever since she broke up with Aubrey.
