Wizkid made the revelation in an interview with top radio presenter Tolu Oniru ‘Toolz’.
He was asked why Wande Coal was missing from his album despite the very close relationship they shared, and he replied thus: ‘Wande Coal is actually my very good friend, like we are very close and already we have a lot of songs together so we might just do our joint album, our fans should watch out for it.’
Wizkid’s sophomore album, Ayo dropped on iTunes on September 17, 2014 and it’s since been buzzing online with mixed reactions trailing it all the way.
The album features collaborations from Tyga, Akon, Banky W, Wale, Phyno, Seyi Shay, and Femi Kuti.
